I can't recommend Sue Walden highly enough for an amazing laugh-filled
experience that will powerfully create exciting and new ways to be in
connection with another human. Her style is highly interactive and experiential and her content is positive and affirming. She brings a wonderful combination of great fun and depth of meaningful interactions.

The workshops that you organized and ran at Xerox PARC were great. The 40 scientists, engineers, technicians and administrators from the PARC's famous Computer Science Laboratory participated in your Enhancing Creativity workshops. Boy, did we learn new skills, raise our esprit, and have a lot of fun along the way. The things we learned from you have stuck around. My colleagues and I regularly use your brainstorming model with spectacular results.
Tom Berson, PhD. Principal Scientist, Xerox PARC
Your program was well received, and one month later, I still hear glowing comments from participants! Our group loved the stimulating exercises, and I think everyone learned a technique or two to help increase communication and professional relationship skills.

Sue Walden is the founder of ImprovWorks!, an organization dedicated to applying the skills, tools and techniques of improvisation training to business, theater and life. Her experience includes a BA in Education and 35 years of teaching, performing and widely adapting/applying the techniques of improvisation. She approaches improvisation training as a powerful and joyful way to peel away constraints, restraints and inhibitions, allowing the naturally expressive, collaborative and creative self to emerge.
Sue is an engaging speaker, a dynamic trainer / facilitator, an author (Working with Groups to Enhance Relationships, Whole Person Assoc.), the delightful "Playmeister" of corporate play events, and was the director and a regular performer with San Francisco's longest-running improvisational theater company, "Flash Family" for 28 years. Five years ago, Sue decided to stretch her performing envelope by creating a one-woman improv show that she staged in various locations, including London, UK, Helsinki, Finland, and all over California.
She was a member of the Specialty Staff for the year-long Co-Active Leadership Program for ten years, which provided an international fan base for her work with invitations to lead workshops in 15 different countries across Europe and Asia.
Since 2002, Sue has been a regular presenter at the North American, European and Asian Applied Improvisation Network conferences, and currently serves as Vice-President of the Board of Directors and North American Coordinator of Regional groups.
Her current passions are training trainers, consulting on how to design powerful experiential workshops.
Sue promises that, in any of her programs, while the learning may be challenging, it will also be fun!
