"We really appreciated the intervention course F-Act did with us. It helped giving us insight and provided some tools with which we were able to be more positive, say "YES" to eachother and also to the new challenges we are up to." (KPN Telecom)
"We were impressed with the way Raymond and his colleagues were able to combine their theatre principles with our work practice. This had a positive effect in the way we collaborated" (UVIT board of directors)
"Working with status principles helped our team (Police officers) to be more flexible in the way we approach citizens" - (Politie Hollands Midden)
“Raymond is one of the best applied improv trainers I know. The thing I really like about him is that he wants to help people rather than pushing his own view or opinion. In whatever he is doing, he is looking for coalition and ways to support you.
I learned a lot from Raymond and I'm hoping to do so for a long, long time.” (CEO Training agency in The Hague, February, 2012)
Since 2002, F-Act applies the principles of Improvisation theatre into business context. We help leaders, professionals, teams and colleagues to obtain valuable insights, skills and concrete tools to become better in their work and enjoy the learning process at the same time. We create a safe environment in which people can try new mindsets and new behaviours, which if practiced, enhances performance. Our training programs and workshops have serious learning outcomes, yet are fun and free up a lot of positive energy. We invite and challenge people to come out of their comfort zones to create profound learning.
Raymond van Driel (1970) practices Applied Improv since 2000 and facilitate Train-the-Trainer sessions worldwide. Together with other AIN practitioners he published the booklet "The Improvisational Organisation" and he wrote articles on Improvisation and leadership. Raymond is a board member of the International Applied Improvisation Network and coordinator of the Applied Improvisation community in the Netherlands.
