9:00 am – AIN Summit Begins
TBD – Lunch Break (bring-your-own/buy lunch)
6:00 pm – AIN Summit Ends
As a part of our Summit, we’ll have an Eclipse Celebration, taking the time to experience the Great American Eclipse – a rare solar eclipse that is taking place over the USA. (We will have a few solar eclipse glasses to share; we encourage individuals to buy/bring their own and practice Safe Solar Eclipsing.)
WHAT TO WEAR:
Cool comfortable clothing as the space is cooled by a swamp cooler and fans, not A/C, but it is currently scheduled to be a moderate day.
WHAT WILL WE DO?
During our viewing of the eclipse, we’ll warm ourselves up with some physical improvisational activities and chat informally about successful networks.
Then we’ll continue in the AIN Summit room at Cornerstone Theatre Company, exploring what connects us to AIN. We’ll use a variety of methods to create our vision, and we’ll produce action points to take us towards that vision.
We may also produce policy recommendations for ratification by the AIN Board.
To prepare for the AIN Summit, it would be great if you could read – and ideally add your initial comments to – the Discussion papers on the various topics, which you can find here:
To join in on the day, which is free to attend (and we’ll provide coffee & tea all day), sign up. Additional food options and unique lunch options nearby for purchase.
